All products sold on our website are physical items that are shipped directly to customers within the United States.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

2. Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. While we strive to meet these delivery times, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (when provided by the shipping carrier), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

MedTestBank is not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
